Caught a few nice big bass right off the bat.  Then decided to go Tuna fishing.  A lot of schools of small blue fin not too far off shore.  Saw them jumping, but couldn't get through the blue fish.  The tuna where a little spooked from a lot of boat pressure.   (pic1)

August 5, 2005 Ed Skinner

Ed and his friends traveled in from New York to try some striped bass fishing Cape Cod style.  They weren't disappointed.  The weather cooperated in spite of threatening thunder storms.  The trip was a success and they caught a lot of nice fish!  (pic1)

August 5, 2005 Mike Messineo

Another hazy hot and humid day.  The water temperature is warm, making the bass go to deeper water.  But found the fish, and they caught their limit in bass. Blue fishing is prime right now.  (pic1)

Great weather! Caught the limit in striped bass, and had a few bonito and blue fish mixed in to make it interesting.   (pic1)

First time out on the Eastwind last year, and are back again this season.  The warm water temps have the Bass heading for colder and deep  water.  But, they all had a great time and a lot of action catching Bonito, and Blues.  (pic1)

First time out on the Eastwind.  Beautiful weather day!  The blue fish are inundating the shoals.  Fishing is hot and heavy for blues.  Caught a couple of Bass, and a lot of blue fish. Also the false Albacore are starting to show up.   (pic1)
